Mr. Whitecotton is married with three children, two of whom have served in the U.S. Marines. 

Mr. Whitecotton has over twenty-nine years’ experience in successfully handling all types of cases.  This includes: Family Law (including Domestic Violence); Criminal Law/DUI; Personal Injury/Auto Accidents; and Business & Corporate Litigation or other related matters.   His ability to analyze and honestly evaluate cases from the outset will make you feel at ease and confident. Most clients are obtained via referral from other attorneys and from satisfied former clients.   

In 1991, Mr. Whitecotton began his career in Insurance litigation, successfully completing numerous jury trials.  After that, Mr. Whitecotton moved to an in house counsel position with a prominent garment manufacturer, dealing with international trade and disputes overseas, and managing litigation. 

In 2000, Mr. Whitecotton ventured out on his own, and began attracting a loyal following of clients who wanted to stay with him, simply because of the service and representation he provided.   

This led to the formation of Whitecotton Law Corp. in 2015.  Whitecotton Law Corporation was founded by Mr. Whitecotton to provide top notch legal services, with an eye to individual client attention.  With simply one visit to the office, clients realize thing are done quite differently at Whitecotton Law Corporation than at other law firms.  Clients are truly number one, and attention to detail and follow up are of paramount importance.
